1. Duties of the Job

• Engage in continuous learning and skill development, including coding, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and more. 
• Contribute to research and development efforts. Please set up your research projects and share your findings and knowledge with the rest of our team. 
• Work on real-world AI projects for our clients across various industries, gaining practical experience and exposure to diverse challenges.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve AI-related problems. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the AI field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deploy AI models and solutions.

2. Requirements 

Work Experience & Education

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Feel free to apply if you can demonstrate a similar level of thinking but need a degree. We value brains over bureaucracy. 
• No prior AI experience is required; however, a solid foundational understanding of programming and mathematics is preferred. 
• Passion for artificial intelligence demonstrated through personal projects, coursework, or relevant extracurricular activities.

Tech skills

• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++) are a plus. 
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas) is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to various AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. 
• Collaborative mindset and a keen interest in working as part of a dynamic team.

Human Skills

• Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
