- HR Tools Management: Leverage your expertise in Talenta to manage HR processes efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence: Apply your knowledge of Indonesian labor laws to ensure that all HR activities are compliant, safeguarding both the company and our employees.
- Proactive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the People Team.
