When a company like Heineken knocks on your door, you don't think twice. We had the privilege of working with them on developing a digital platform for their sales agents. Data and gamification are central elements in this concept. The new Heineken sales platform stimulates collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Although the platform has been designed as a sales platform, it also uses data from other stakeholders like technical service teams and Bar staff.
