Itsavirus is a software agency and technology partner based in Bali, Indonesia. We build custom digital products and AI-enabled services for clients across Southeast Asia and Europe. We are also the team behind Runbaze, a productised delivery operating system for scale-ups. Our PMs work across both Itsavirus client engagements and Runbaze implementations.

About the role

We are looking for a Medior Project Manager with 2 to 4 years of hands-on delivery experience. This is a role for someone who knows how Agile works in practice, can manage multiple projects without losing the thread, and wants to grow fast in an environment that moves quickly.You will manage client engagements, run sprint ceremonies, own client communication, and help keep delivery on track across a portfolio of projects. Over time, there is a clear path into more senior delivery work including involvement in Runbaze client engagements.

What you will do‍

• Run sprint ceremonies and keep delivery moving across multiple client projects simultaneously.
  
• Own the day-to-day client relationship: status updates, steering sessions, and escalation handling.
  
• Set up and maintain delivery tooling (Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar) from scratch or take over existing setups.
  
• Identify risks early and flag them before they become problems.
  
• Produce clear, concise reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Contribute to improving internal delivery processes as the team grows.
  

‍What we are looking for‍

‍Required:

• 2 to 4 years in project or delivery management, ideally in a software agency or tech environment.
  
• Solid, practical experience with Agile and Scrum: sprint planning, standups, retros, backlog management, DoD/DoR.
  
• Working knowledge of PMBOK or structured project methodology. You understand the framework and apply it in practice.
  
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects in parallel.
  
• Has set up delivery tooling from scratch, or is confident doing so.
  
• Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work. Can describe how and for what.
  
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. This is non-negotiable. All client work is in English.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes or engineering workflows.
  
• Indonesian and English bilingual.
